I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are starting to show their age and could use some paint, but they are big, well-ventilated, and nicely comfortable and clean. The service was a bit hit-and-miss with some staff being lazy and unprofessional, while others were fluent in English and very helpful. The location was nice and relaxing, but a bit more attention to maintenance could make everything even better. The dining options were surprisingly good with a fairly comprehensive selection, although the prices were not always clear and transparent.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were top-notch, very nice, comfortable, and clean, resembling a Holiday Inn experience. Falling asleep was a breeze as the rooms were fairly soundproof. The location across the road from MEGA Superstore was incredibly convenient for some last-minute shopping before heading to Mumbai.
I walked into the bar in a dripping wet bathing suite, and I found the hotel to be nice and clean. The rooms were like a Holiday Inn, very nice, comfortable, and clean. The service was excellent, with staff fluent in English and very helpful. The location is nice and relaxing, making everything convenient. The dining experience was to my surprise, and the facilities were excellent. The value for money was reasonable, providing a great stay overall.
