I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are starting to show their age and could use some paint, but they are big, well-ventilated, and nicely comfortable and clean. The service was a bit hit-and-miss with some staff being lazy and unprofessional, while others were fluent in English and very helpful. The location was nice and relaxing, but a bit more attention to maintenance could make everything even better. The dining options were surprisingly good with a fairly comprehensive selection, although the prices were not always clear and transparent.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were top-notch, very nice, comfortable, and clean, resembling a Holiday Inn experience. Falling asleep was a breeze as the rooms were fairly soundproof. The location across the road from MEGA Superstore was incredibly convenient for some last-minute shopping before heading to Mumbai.
I walked into the bar in a dripping wet bathing suite, and I found the hotel to be nice and clean. The rooms were like a Holiday Inn, very nice, comfortable, and clean.
